Practical Hands-On Service... Given Daily to Tucson Neighbors in Need...One of the best ways we have found to help men and women along the path to recovery is to instill a sense of community and service to others. By providing avenues to serve the local community, the focus is redirected from self to others. In most cases, this leads to a greater sense of purpose for life. In this "Ministries" section, both out-reach and in-reach ministry is highlighted. These ministries provide the community with opportunities to become involved in the day-today services we provide to those wrapped up in homelessness and/or addiction. Ministry Directory- OUTREACH:In our "Outreach Community Ministries" area we provide information concerning 5 different ministries serving the community under the Community Ministries umbrella. These ministries serve low income families throughout Tucson by providing food boxes, clothing, household items and more. Learn more about these outreach ministries by going to "Community Ministries". - INREACH:Do you desire to give back to the community? Would you like to serve here at the Rescue Mission? Could you intercede in Prayer on our behalf? These are just some of the opportunities available at GRM. In the "Inreach Ministries" area, we provide information on how you can become a prayer partner or help minister here at the Mission.
